Cordelia is a saison with boysenberries featuring Elwha River Spelt and Monica Oat Pale from our friends at LINC Malt comprising the base beer. Rounded out by three months of conditioning in our oak foeder, it’s resplendent with vivid notes of jammy boysenberry pie, with a dry finish to keep it refreshing and light on the palate.
