To celebrate this new chapter with Beast & Cleaver, we present Escoffier – a saison made for an English butcher. Brewed with spelt and barley from Eastern Washington and hopped with Perle, Tettnanger and Mandarina Bavaria. Bright with herbal notes of grapefruit, tangelo and Meyer lemon, Escoffier is best enjoyed with a dry aged grass-fed burger or smoked carrots and whipped feta.
