Tessellate Dinner Series with The Peasant – October 3rd


We are thrilled to announce our Tessallate dinner series is back for Fall 2022. Not just a simple food/beer pairing experience but a fuller collaborative exploration between Fair Isle’s brewers and some incredible chefs in the PNW.

Early on, we had planned to host talented guest chefs with a diverse range of culinary backgrounds and create distinctive menus paired with our beer, course by course. This idea of a modern day supper club, coupled with exclusive beer offerings from our cellar represents a pivotal experience we were aiming to share with guests in our space. Join us on Monday, October 3rd as we host Alex Hunt and The Peasant for a five course dinner.

The Peasant is a small restaurant inside of butcher shop, Beast and Cleaver, that focuses on whole animal, artisanal butchery using local, sustainable, organic meat. The Peasant dinners operate Thursday – Saturday evenings and feature classic techniques, fermentation and seasonal food in a modern European style.

At checkout, please let us know if you have any allergy or dietary preferences, but please note we can not accommodate gluten free requests and there will be no vegetarian or pescatarian option for this dinner.

$130 per guest as communal seats or by table | Ticket price includes beer pairing and gratuity.
Doors open and happy hour starts at 5:30pm | Food service starts at 6:15pm and ends approximately 8:30-9:00pm | Guests are welcome to stay longer for a drink and conversation.
