We are thrilled to announce our Tessellate dinner series is back for Spring 2023. This is our idea of a modern day supper club. Collaborating with talented chefs from diverse backgrounds, we have curated distinctive menus coupled with Fair Isle beers.
For the final dinner on April 24th, we welcome back Chef Tiffany Ran and Ba Ba Lio, her superb tribute to Taiwanese cuisine. This one-off menu will recall the energy and flavors of the late night Rechao (or stir-fry) joints of Taiwan, served hot off the wok next to some refreshing saisons to complement.
Tiffany Ran is a Taiwanese-American chef who has worked in Seattle’s restaurant kitchens for over a decade. She founded Ba Ba Lio Taiwanese pop-up in 2018 after years of feeling homesick and unable to find many of the dishes she missed from home. She strives to introduce underrated dishes that are less often found outside of Taiwan with a sense of home while also bearing the influence and bounty of the Northwest. The name Ba ba lio in Mandarin means “886,” the international calling code in Taiwan.
At checkout, please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary preferences, but note that we cannot accommodate gluten free requests, nut allergies and vegan/vegetarian options will not be available for this dinner.
