Tessellate Dinner with Cameron Hanin // Lupo – Dec 18th


We are thrilled to announce our Tessellate dinner series is back for Fall 2023. This is our idea of a modern day supper club. Collaborating with talented chefs from diverse backgrounds, we have curated distinctive menus coupled with Fair Isle beers. December 18th will be the last in the dinner series, hosted by Chef Cam Hanin of Lupo Fremont.

Cameron Hanin has been cooking in the restaurant industry for nearly 20 years with stints in NYC restaurants under Tom Collicchio, Marco Canora and Alex Stupak and in Seattle working for restaurateurs Tom Douglas, McCracken and Tough and Mark Fuller. He developed a cult following with the pop up and event project Guerrilla Pizza Kitchen where he served a unique brand of naturally leavened pizza cannoto. Now the chef at Lupo, he is excited to serve the guests of Fair Isle a menu based loosely around the cuisine of Northern Italy in their Tessellate Dinner Series.

$125 per guest as communal seats or by table. Ticket price includes beer pairing and gratuity. Doors open and happy hour starts at 5:30pm with food service starting at 6:00pm.
