Tessellate Dinner with Chef Justin Khanna – April 17th


We are thrilled to announce our Tessellate dinner series is back for Spring 2023. This is our idea of a modern day supper club. Collaborating with talented chefs from diverse backgrounds, we have curated distinctive menus coupled with Fair Isle beers.

April 17th we are thrilled to host Chef Justin Khanna. After spending more than 8 years working in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants like Per Se, The French Laundry, and FrantzĂ©n, Khanna brings a colorful assortment of land and sea proteins alongside fresh spring produce and thoughtful touches of open fire. The “Fire and Spring” themed tasting menu will feature fun presentations that he’ll be premiering at this dinner. Guests can expect oysters, Dungeness crab, trout and beef alongside fresh spring produce and thoughtful touches of open fire.

Justin Khanna is a chef, creator and entrepreneur based out of Seattle, WA with a focus on high-quality gear, memorable dining experiences, and building practical resources that truly help. He spends most of his time building and running Repertoire, the modern hospitality education company founded in 2022. Chef Justin speaks with some of the best in the business on his weekly podcast, writes to hungry professionals in a Friday newsletter, and creates educational products like courses, workshops and more.

At checkout, please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary preferences, but note that we cannot accommodate gluten free requests and vegan/vegetarian options will not be available for this dinner.

$125 per guest as communal seats or by table. Ticket price includes beer pairing and gratuity. Doors open and happy hour starts at 5:30pm with food service starting at 6:00pm.
