FAQ & THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

WHAT CAN I BRING?

  • Valid ID
  • Layers for changing weather on the water
  • Comfortable shoes
  • You may bring empty or sealed water bottles, but no other outside beverages.
  • All bags are subject to be searched. Nobody under 21 will be permitted entry to the event – including babies and children.

CAN I BUY A TICKET FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE?

Yes, but your whole group must board at the same time. Once the ticket holder boards, you are not allowed to board and join them on the Ferry.

 

IS THIS A 21+ EVENT?

Yes. This is a strictly 21+ event. Valid ID required. No exceptions.

DOES MY NAME NEED TO MATCH MY TICKET?

Yes your name and ID must match the ticket. However, if you bought multiple tickets and are coming as a group, your whole group must board at the same time. Once the ticket holder boards, you are not allowed to board and join them on the Ferry.

WILL THE EVENT BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE?

Yes. While we will of course be considering the safety of our attendees first and foremost, the ferry will sail rain or shine.

 

WHAT SIZE OF BEER POURS WILL BE AVAILABLE WITH MY TICKET?

All beers will be available in 4 oz pours and wine in 2 oz pours.

 

CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE AT THE EVENT?

Yes, we’ll have official Ferry & Friends merchandise available for sale. Credit Cards only.

 

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Yes. Food will be available for purchase onboard (not included with ticket).

ARE THERE DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKETS?

No, because the HIYU has a very limited number of guests allowed, we aren’t able to offer specially priced tickets for designated drivers.

SMOKING?

No smoking of any kind is allowed on the vessel at any time.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No animals are permitted except service dogs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE?

If you miss boarding, you miss the event.

  • Boarding closes before departure
  • No refunds for missed boarding

AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND RE-ENTER?

No. Once the Ferry departs, you are not allowed to leave until it deboards at 10PM.

CAN I CANCEL MY TICKET?

Let us know by July 1st for a full refund. After June 30th no refunds will be issued.
