You can pick it up any time during taproom hours. Go to the register, give your name and order number, and the sales associate will locate your order.
You have 5 days from the day you place your order to pick it up. After that, the order will be canceled and your payment refunded. If you are unable to pick your order up within 5 days, email [email protected] and we will work something out.
We ship Monday-Friday through UPS Ground. Orders must be placed by midnight the day before and will be shipped the following day. Someone over 21 years of age, with a valid ID on hand, must be present or UPS will not deliver. All orders are paid for in full prior to delivery. By placing an order, you authorize Fair Isle Brewing to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. If the shipment has been damaged please email [email protected] so we can resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges of any alcohol sale including but not limited to beer, wine and cider.
We accept exchanges only (no returns or refunds) of all merchandise within 30 days of your purchase. All exchanges must be made in person at Fair Isle Brewing.

During the checkout process you are required to enter certain pieces of personal information, including but not limited to email address, name and shipping address. We collect this information in order to process your order, but will not share the information with any third parties.
