That went fast. All 64 tickets were sold in less than 5 min. We’ve set aside about half the pours for the ticketed event, and the remaining will be available at 2pm on December 7th. Always love seeing the excitement around these wild ales!
Saturday December 7th , 12-2pm at Fair Isle Brewing’s Taproom.
Join us as we enjoy these rare blends and explore the wonderful world of spontaneous beer from one of the great producers in Brussels.
The ticket includes Mussels (Vegetarian option available) and Frites and six 5 oz pours of select beers: four pours of the reserved Cantillon Bottles (Sang Bleu, 50 Degrees North 4 Degrees East, Ashanti and the Classic Gueuze) and two pours of Fair Isle’s spontaneous beers, Knitting Circle Season 5.g & h.
Additionally, there is a selection of other bottles pours available, a limited number of bottles to go, and a fine selection of Fair Isle beer and food for purchase.
The ticketed Event is from 12-2pm and then we’ll be open to the public starting at 2pm. Remaining pours after the event will be available for walk ins and our full dinner menu will resume at 4:30pm.
