Often when we brew fruited beers, there is still an astonishing amount of flavor left behind in the fruit after packaging. Wanting to breathe new life into a blend of berries from the amazing PNW fruit, we took cues from the wine industry to create our first piquette style farmhouse ale – and we’re pleased as punch with the outcome.
Lora highlights the nuanced sweetness of these second-use berries. This batch is a field blend of raspberries, blackberries and cherries while still letting the signature dryness of our house culture shine through. A blend of a young saison and oak-aged beer, Lora has complexity while being extremely refreshing, easy-drinking beer that you will always want to toss in your backpack for you next adventure.
