Rose, a saison with Montmorency cherries and Rose Geranium. Originally brewed to celebrate our third year anniversary in 2023, we continually make this beer every year now.
Rose is an oak-aged farmhouse ale conditioned on tart Montmorencey cherries from Val, and steeped with Rose Geranium stems and leaves. This distinctive ingredient was grown by our Head Brewer, Matt, and the fruity, slightly floral character collides beautifully with the second-use Montmorency cherries. Bright and floral with a touch of cherry, grapefruit zest and prominent rose aroma.
