Bolete – saison aged with Last Leaf Amaro Botanicals

 SennzaFinne is an Amaro producer just down the street in the Interbay neighborhood, creating a beautiful range of funky, aromatic and distinct amari. We’re in constant exploration of saisons and the interplay of botanicals so when we tasted the amari from SennzaFinne, we knew a collaboration was imminent. 

Bolete began as an oak-aged bier de garde and steeped with spent Botanicals from SennzaFinne’s Last Leaf Amaro. Bolete takes you on a journey starting with citrus, orange beer, and ripe peaches, leading you through a misty PNW forest and finishing with a ginger spice and botanicals. Full of aromatic notes of mushroom, roots, and orange pith, Bolete is not to be missed.
