___
Lady Ellhorn, give me of thy wood
And I will give thee of mine
When I become a tree.” – Celtic folklore
___

Eleanor is a farmhouse ale reminiscent of a beaujolais wine. She has notes of pomegranate, cherries and raspberries followed by cinnamon and clove while finishing dry

Our friend and ethnobotanist, Alex of Cultivate Cascadia, harvested the elderberries from the Cascades last summer and we all hand processed the berries at Fair Isle. Starting with our stock farmhouse ale conditioned in oak for eleven months, we added the elderberries and refermented for three months before packaging in February, 2021.
