HIYU – a blended saison in collaboration for Ferry & Friends

HIYU is a blend of saisons from our friends aboard the historic ferry that brings us together. Named for the vessel that hosts Ferry & Friends, it celebrates the brewers, friendships, and shared memories that shape this community.

We blended saisons form Bizarre Brewing, Holy Mountain, Otherlands and of course Fair Isle. Some saisons were young, others came from oak, but all fermented with different yeast strains. Funky, slightly hoppy and big notes of stone fruit, HIYU is dry and truly a beer of the moment.
