Malvo – with Washington grown Cinsault and Counoise

Farmhouse ale with  Washington grown Cinsault and Counoise grapes.

Malvo began as a blend of three barrel aged saisons before refermenting with Washington grown Cinsault and Counoise grapes from the Yakima Valley. These Rhone varieties remain uncommon for our region but find a welcome home in the valley’s warm days, cool nights, and well drained soils. Together they bring a lively red fruit character and gentle spice to the layers developed during barrel aging. Notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, and white pepper lead to a dry finish.
