Ray – oak-aged ale with Chardonnay grapes

Ray brings together four barrel aged saisons, including a fresh hop saison from the 2025 harvest, before refermenting with Chardonnay grapes from the Yakima Valley. The blend carries a little of one harvest into the next, weaving the saison’s herbal character into the bright fruit of the grapes. Notes of pear, lemon zest, and white flowers unfold alongside subtle oak and a gentle earthy complexity.
