A saison re-fermented with Washington grown Cinsaut and Counoise wine grapes, then steeped with a medley of marigold flowers from Duvall Herb Farm. Queen Sophia marigolds take center stage, filling the beer with floral, savory aromatics and botanical notes reminiscent of vermouth. The wine grapes lend subtle fruit and structure beneath the blooms, creating a bright, expressive saison with a long, herbaceous finish. Available on draft and in 750mL bottles. 6.5%
